SKAI TV (GR) 2011

Project: Design and integration of 5 Continuities for OTE sports Channels. Compact Continuity , one 3cam studio, solution with 3 NLE editors and LTO archiving. 5 audio booths for sports production. Hand over for the whole system in 25 days.

VSN system is used for SKAI's multicontinuities. 4+1 fully redundant continuities VSNMulticom are connected to a big SAN system. 14 ingest channels( controlled from VSNMulticom) and 3 editing stations of various types (ABODE, EDIOUS, SONY) have direct access to the SAN for editing and graphics. VSNMulticom drags playlists from VSN CREA TV traffic system. In turns CREA TV is integrated with PROVYS commercial system of OTE . Interconnection to esisting SKAI system allows for bidirectional file transfers. Archiving to LTO 5. audio booths are used for sports production. Main router and multiviewers are from EVERTZ , interfaces from CRYSTAL VISION. For the studio , audio mixer from Soundcraft and video mixer from SONY. Studio cameras from SONY video wall from BARCO. CLEARCOM intercom. The MCR for these multicontinuities is integrated in to main SKAI MCR.
