MEGA ONE (CY) 2016

Project: Upgrade of existing station to full HD. Two fully redundant continuities and 2 control rooms cross driving 2 studio floors. PAM system with Robotic Optical Library for archiving.

Continuity automation comes from VSN and this is the first VSNMulticom implementation in Cyprus. VSNMulticom is controlling HARMONIC video servers and is interconnected with SONY Navigator who acts as a PAM. NVX Navigator inturns is integrated with EDITSHARE studio playout , ADOBE editing stations and archiving is done in SONY optical disk library. Baseband equipment comes from EVERTZ (SPGs, Router, Multiviewers, MCS) interfaces from CRYSTAL VISION. Audio mixer from STUDER, video mixer from ROSS. Studio cameras from SONY with SACHTLER tripods. Graphics system from CHYRONHEGO and CLEARCOM intercom. All eng cameras are from SONY. Cellular systems from TVU NETWORKS. SONY equipment was also used in the station's small OB van.
